Created by Chris Lance and Produced by Paladin Music and Entertainment, Inc. as a charity fund-raiser for St. Gregory the Great Church, the Festival is a family attraction that brings patrons back in time to the Middle Ages. The Festival is host to Jousting, Sword Fighting, Music, Shows, Contests, Games and Activities for Children, Merchants, Food and Drink, and more, not found anywhere in western connecticut! The Festival is appropriate for all ages and has something for everyone!
WAIVER
By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing and acknowledging the wide range of activities associated with this Attraction and are making a voluntary choice to participate in this Attraction despite the risks they may present. You further RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Paladin Music & Entertainment, Inc., St. Gregory the Great RC Church, their agents, employees, members, volunteers, and all participants in the Attraction; from all liability for myself, or any party claiming an interest through myself, whether caused by their negligence or for any other reason, while preparing for, practicing for, traveling to and from, or participating in this Attraction. I further INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the above mentioned parties from loss, liability, damage or claim they may incur due to my actions during the Attraction, whether caused by their negligence or otherwise.
